Why

It was around 5:30 in the morning, my blinds were wide open, so was my window along with my curtains. It was still dark outside and only the moon light shown through into my room. My door was closed, though it is usually open, I suspected my dad must have closed it since this was the time he usually woke up to begin preparing for work. I rolled over onto my back from my side and prepared to fall back asleep, knowing I only had another hour and a bit till school. I suddenly became paralyzed with a sharp stabbing pain in my chest. Suddenly my room appeared with 3 beings in it. One was standing over me, next to my bed, another near my chair stationed under my desk, the other by my door. I also had a feeling of being strangled and pushed down into my bed. The alien leaning over me seemed to be examining me, searching all over me like he was looking for something, the other two were also looking at me, but not examining, just staring into me with their big black manipulating eyes. I tried with all my force to rise my fists and legs up but it was no use, eventually after a frightening 5 minutes of this so called examination in my bed, the beings left. I was so traumatized by the experience I could not sleep properly for another month. Every time when I was about to fall asleep petrified I would re-live the experience. I had nothing longer to do with them until recently. Since the 18th august 2009, ive been having nightmares, of aliens. I now fear, that they are preparing to take me onto their ship or something like that, or worse torture and experiment on me. The aliens are your usuals grey's. Though they were not small, they were seemingly tall, like an average sized male.
Thanks.
